A reacton to another is simply a call for integration into a wholeness that is fractured. My simply responding with awareness, and replying "Thank-you" I will meditate on that"-observing with detachment, the words spoken have no power over the other. The harmonious True Self - centered is revealed. The more one continues responding with this awareness, fewer and fewer reactions appear in one's experience-rather, acknowledgement and gratitude for all "experiences" and the swaying from polar opposites ceases.
