Your ‘self’ (body and mental patterns) is in constant motion. To the extent you think you are being ‘good’ because of what you are doing or ‘bad’ because you ‘should’ be doing something else ~ you are unable to recognize and move with the subtle direction you are constantly giving to your self in the form of Desire.
