Healing through Relationship

Emotion connects the individual consciousness between two people, and that is the basis of personal relationship. When we share an emotional connection (relationship) with someone, we affect their consciousness through the projection of our own thoughts. The deeper the emotional connection, the more power our thoughts have over the consciousness of the other person.

In this way, just thinking about a person is a very powerful form of communication. Whatever we are feeling while thinking about a person indicates what’s being communicated as a subtle, yet powerful invitation for that person to behave in a manner that activates the same feeling.

While every person has free will, and the ability to accept or decline any of the emotional invitations being launched into their field of awareness – emotional patterns work in the unconscious mind to sway consciousness without notice. Accordingly, only the one who is attentive to their thinking and feeling is able to resolve unhappy feelings before their behavior is affected by them.

By focusing through untruth in the form of personal dislike, disgust, pity or pain – our relations can move into a space of love and compassion. In this way, not only do we heal our relationships – but we energetically invite everybody involved toward total transformation and healing. This is the peaceful warrior way, and this is many times more powerful than the barrage of invitations that affect people toward dis-ease.

Breathe through any personal thoughts that feel bad, painful or uncomfortable with willingness to see those thoughts for what they are. By allowing your self to be open to feelings of appreciation and release, conflicted thoughts can let go of you so that your relationships and your world can fall into harmony.

Yes! A few years ago I was living on a commune of 100+ people. I had a member’s list and every morning I’d go through the list, thinking of everyone as their most authentic and highest self, surround them with golden light, see them smiling and send love. I was originally doing it for them, but after a while I noticed the effect on me was that I felt love when I saw anyone during the day, because I had had this intimate loving connection with them in the morning. It was really amazing how it changed my relationships with people to more positive loving connections.
