Illusion of Self

Illusion of Self

The idea that the self can be improved ultimately turns the mind made self against itself, which produces the experience of suffering. There is no self - there is perception of an illusory self, and the degree to which thoughts of that self being good/bad, right/wrong, etc are believed.

All action is taken by Life itself based on every thought that led up to that action - even though personal action appears to be controlled by an individual self.

As the self becomes less important mentally, more energy of awareness is focused in the present moment - essentially bridging heaven and earth, resolving resistance to Life's joyful expression and leading to action that glorifies All.
