Peace of Mind

Peace of Mind is a fantasy which can never be fulfilled. You are Peace – while the Mind is a compilation of self conflicting thought.

You can create the illusion of a peaceful mind by choosing to perceive only thoughts that feel good, but soon the repressed conflict will take form and make you painfully aware of that which has been denied.

The key is in recognizing the insanity of every thought and feeling (even the good ones). You are the only source of the mind’s control over your life; and when you stop believing in your thoughts, incessant thinking subsides, and you (Peace) can reclaim your rightful position as master of your world.
