By the belief that we can overcome – challenges, problems, issues and addictions are being made up and experienced.

There’s nothing to overcome. Nobody is really strong or weak. Everybody is a puppet of the one dynamic consciousness – doing exactly as they need to do according to whatever beliefs the consciousness has taken as truth from their unique perspective.

Enlightenment is not something that you become, it’s who you already are beneath layers of confusion. The experience of enlightenment is sustained conscious awareness of Truth that exists before the illusion, irrespective of circumstance within the illusion – which is basically the absence of self belief.

You are not separate from enlightenment, but every belief you uphold about who you think you are is creating mental noise that keeps your experience chaotic, heavy and serious.

Because each individual accumulates unique life experiences which have led to their present point of view, we are unwittingly led into belief that this accumulation of life experience is who we are. Believing that we are this limited, separate self has us in constant self assessment and conclusion about whether our behavior and choices are right or wrong, good or bad, loveable or unlovable. We make the same assessments and conclusions about other people as well, and this consists of about 99% of the mental chatter that plays in the mind.

In order to find relief from the insane mind, many of us look to the world for self improvement. When we encounter people who insist that there’s something wrong about us, and that their method can make us right, we feel hopeful or doubtful as to whether their method will change us. But this is missing the point that there is no right and wrong in the first place. In reality, employing any method from this premise just creates more mental noise – the antithesis to enlightenment.

This is not to say that employing methods to invite enlightenment are right or wrong – but that no method is significant. Every method is meant for creative play – not as a means to an end. When we get ‘serious’ about meditation, yoga, chanting, spiritual study, or any method, we are adding content to ‘who we think we are’ and creating a mental image of a person on a path to enlightenment.

Notwithstanding these mental projections, we are always being led toward the experience of enlightenment through the circumstances of our lives. In this way, even if we are not actively pursuing enlightenment, our life experience is constantly leading toward that experience.

Specifically, we travel through stages or a series of experiences until our accumulated beliefs cause so much suffering that we become willing to give them up. This ‘waking up’ is enlightenment. It can happen all of a sudden or incrementally over time.

Because awakening happens in the gaps between habitual mental commentary, everyone is Gifted with life circumstances that trigger minor to extreme shock and/or confusion – whatever is necessary to create those gaps.  Said Gifts are invitations to question who we think we are and to recognize the Truth that exists before belief.

Everything perceived is a message, and while no perception needs to be analyzed unless one finds it entertaining to do so, every perception can expose self beliefs which we can choose to re-create or un-create in the present moment.

If one merely trades one belief for another, nothing has been resolved, but this is still along the path toward enlightenment. Eventually circumstances will arise to help dissolve the newly formed belief; and when physical death comes, the beliefs still being held in awareness will be presented as reality in the next lifetime.

While methods are valuable to condition the mind into a preferred state of awareness, ultimately, stillness of mind (experience of nothingness) is enlightenment – which ‘happens’ when every belief (including every method) has become irrelevant.

'The Devil' is Fear

The essence of God is pure, all-encompassing Love, which also creates and sustains this time-space illusion by directing pure awareness through the human mind.  To the extent that there is conflict in the mind (ie: thoughts that feel uncomfortable are taken as true), Love’s essence projects through the energy of fear, thus immediately creating a disturbing feeling in the body.

‘The Devil’ is a personification created by the human mind to explain fearful thoughts and feelings that arise within human awareness. What is labeled as ‘evil’ has manifested in the world and continues to do so according to the fearful thoughts projected by the collective Earth-focused awareness.

With all the conflict, struggle and suffering being lived in the world today, it’s apparent that ‘The Devil’ has been given a substantial amount of power in thought; and the paradox is that the more ‘The Devil’ is battled against, the more powerful ‘The Devil’ becomes.

In ignorance to their true identity, ‘The Devil’ is given life and sustenance by the unconscious (habitual) thought projection of ‘good’, well-meaning people. ‘The Devil’ can even consume awareness to the point that malevolence becomes one’s only available expression.

Many people are becoming aware that only Love can dissolve the ‘need’ for fear, but because most are still afraid to embrace ‘The Devil’, they unwittingly create ‘his’ presence in their thought projection. While each person holds the power to let love prevail through their projection, to exercise that power one must remember to stay alert to their thoughts with the intent to consciously choose Love.

Specifically, to the one who is alert, ‘The Devil’ serves to point out one’s own ignorance, and calls attention to whatever judgment is hindering the full expression of Beingness. Bearing witness to one’s own fearful state leads to absolution of the underlying judgment, thus shaking and eventually dissolving the foundation of belief that ‘The Devil’ actually exists.

By appreciating one’s individualized rendition of ‘The Devil’, and embracing ‘him’ without judgment, one can begin to receive and understand the direction of the soul in absolving the fear-inducing thoughts that society has been conditioned to believe.

Each one has the power to use ‘The Devil’ as a tool to serve the soul’s purpose, thereby liberating their self from the polarities of good and evil and finding eternal peace in the ‘Heaven’ that is always HereNow.

Separation is Illusion

Many people think they need to separate their self from other people.  The paradox is that belief in separation is the underlying cause of all dis-ease. It creates the mind conceived need for protection – and commands the Universe to show them physical ‘evidence’ in order to prove their ‘truth’ that protection is necessary.

The experience of being abused is created and experienced by the one whose beliefs contradict their true desires – the only thing that can hold the self apart from experiencing the joy/peace/love/abundance that is the essence of I AM.
The belief that anything outside of one’s own ignorance could be responsible for their dis-ease makes it true for their self, and their illusion/reality is showing them all the ‘evidence’ that their beliefs are True.

In reality, every person imaginable exists, but one can only experience the people and behavior that resonate with the vibrational offering of their own thought. There is nothing to separate from – it is all an illusion created by the One that is You. Look without judgment into the eyes of the ‘other’, and remember that they are only a reflection of your self.

Emotion Exposes Limiting Beliefs

Whether we are focused on the present moment or any other point in time or space, we are commanding creation through the energetic vibration of every conscious and subconscious thought that we project.

Emotion allows us to determine whether our current point of focus is projecting for anything that we want to manifest. Our present feeling indicates how our projected manifestation will feel based on the beliefs we currently follow.

Our present manifestation and corresponding emotion is always perfect based on all thought that has come before. Most of that thought has been involuntary as we have simply believed the thoughts presented by the mind, and they became our truth.

To create new momentum requires new beliefs, which can be created through consistent attention to our feelings and deliberate redirection of our thought patterns. If we are feeling anything other than blissful, we are attuned to self limiting beliefs in the mind.

With attention, we can identify those beliefs and offer thoughts that feel better. There is no limit to how good our thoughts can feel because whatever we sincerely believe is our truth.

When we follow our thoughts into a feeling place we don’t like, the point where we redirect our thoughts sets a precedent for our emotional low point with respect to the subject point of focus. This makes it easier to turn the tide the next time we find ourselves riding the same or similar thought wave.

As we continue this practice, we can create new belief patterns and then release them as we systematically raise our emotional set point higher.

Every moment is a new beginning, and we can only begin from our current feeling place by offering thoughts that we can believe in the present moment. How far we progress in this lifetime depends on how patient and compassionate we are with ourselves.

Specifically, belief patterns are hard wired biologically, and breaking free from them requires cooperation from our ego. If we judge or condemn ourselves for not attaining what we think we should, we create resistance which impedes our progress.

The feelings we project are the same feelings we are attracting. Everything in our experience is a lesson, and depending on how we perceive what has already been created, we project for what comes next.

When in an uncomfortable or painful emotion, breathe deeply and remember that you are not limited to the limitations of mind. Simply appreciate the lesson and allow it to guide your progression toward the experience of your Divine essence.
