Animal Consciousness Supports Human Creativity

The Earth itself and everything manifested on Earth is projecting consciousness; and consciousness is the creator of our shared reality.  Every expression of consciousness in our world has evolved and is evolving for the creation and evolution of more intelligent life.

This is because existence is the infinite expansion of consciousness, and in our world, intelligence fuels that expansion by driving the creative force toward greater leaps in creativity. Every human expression is the culmination of every thought that has come before, as the individual being has evolved over many lifetimes as many different species.

At present, humans are the only species endowed with the level of intelligence that commands the creative force with specificity.  As such, human thought is on the leading edge of creativity.

Whatever possibilities we humans create for ourselves, we are also creating for everything else. Indeed, beings currently expressing themselves as animals, trees, etc., are all evolving toward the human experience.

Animals do not perceive the world as humans do - they live more from a vibrational perspective and summon the creative force for manifestations that support life on Earth.

Unlike humans, animals express their preferences from an instinctual rather than a material perspective.

Through their thought-based projections, animals contribute greatly to the sustenance of the environment on Earth as being conducive to human life.   They do so effortlessly, simply by living in rhythm with their environment, and following the flow of life through the perception of Unconditional Love.

However, humans are the judges of the world. Thus it is we who are responsible for everything in the reality shared by every creature on Earth.

It is our thought-based projections that create the vibratory environment that everything else projects back to us.  While all other forms of consciousness are supporting our survival, humans are creating well beyond this basic instinct.

To be human is a gift that the soul has done nothing special to receive, and every Earth-bound being is on its journey to becoming human. However, humanity is not the end of our journey. Once our being is expressed through the human mind, we continue to evolve toward more conscious expression in the progression of the creative manifestation that is our world.

The more we allow consciousness to prevail in our lives, the more we come to appreciate animals and every other expression of consciousness that supports us. The more we appreciate everything in our environment, the more our world represents our perception of harmony.

Humans can learn a lot about allowing from animals, and when we develop our ability to couple allowing with creativity, our thought-energy manifests blessings for ourselves and everything else.

Instinct as a Guide toward Pure Being

Meditation LightOur higher self aka the Universe aka God offers guidance through instinct toward that which serves our best interest.  By trusting ourselves, we are more receptive to those instincts; and when we follow them, everything else easily and gracefully falls into place.

Although we are conditioned, through our focus on what we know of the material world, that instinct is predominantly necessary for protection from harm and the will to survive, our higher self has infinite other aspects expressed through instinct. The world is only hostile to the extent that we make it so, and when we focus on our need for protection and accomplishment predominantly, we hold ourselves in vibrational patterns that attract more of the same.

Most of us only know God as protective and reactive because these aspects are the most relevant to what is “known” in the material world.  We can move beyond these two God-aspects when we open ourselves to guidance toward a state of peace and pure being - which is the birthright of everyone.

Here are the steps I take to explore the more spiritual aspects of instinct:

  • Meditation – with eyes closed, a quiet mind and attention to breath, our source energy can communicate directly with every cell in our bodies.  This allows our whole body to receive information that will direct us toward the realization of our true desires.
  • Acceptance – by allowing everything to be as it is now, we are open to new and ever-expansive possibilities.
  • Gratitude – appreciating all that we are projects a vibratory pattern that attracts more to appreciate.
  • Faith – knowledge that all the beautiful and wonderful possibilities that we can imagine have already been given.  This minimizes doubtful thoughts, thereby allowing us to be more aware of our guidance.
  • Joyful action – doing what feels inspired at the time from a perspective of expecting to always create deeper joy throughout our journey in this life experience.
  • Love – allowing ourselves to see everything and everyone through the eyes of love is the truest expression of God into the life of the world.  When we are in love with everything, we are one with everything, and then we can experience God as pure being.

Instinctual Eating

I can tell which foods are good for my body  by imagining how they are going to feel both during and after I eat them.  I want to predominantly enjoy foods that evoke feelings of calm and rejuvenation in my body and in my mind.

By following my likes instead of my dislikes and by giving into my cravings instead of ignoring them, I create a very positive relationship with food while also creating a more positive and joyful experience for myself and for the people I affect.

I am naturally attracted to whole food in its raw form, and I eat or drink as much as I need to feel satiated.  I tend to focus more on one to three foods during any given time-frame, lasting from hours to several months.

For example - some days I could require a lot of raw milk, and then go for weeks without it.  I could go several months eating 1-2 avocados per day, then have no desire for them for the next several months; I tend to eat extra fruit in the summertime; sometimes I eat a lot of soaked and dehydrated nuts; and when I was pregnant, I did not want chocolate much at all (which is not like me).

By choosing from primarily fresh, raw food and paying attention to my cravings and desires, I am instinctively giving my body and brain the nutrients necessary to achieve radiant health.
