Divine Adjustment

Accident, mishap and physical illness are energetic adjustments, intended to guide energy of awareness toward alignment with the essence of infinite, all-encompassing Love (Truth).

The need for these forms of adjustment can be largely circumvented by the one who heeds their more subtle forms of inner guidance. (Note: Some extreme forms of adjustment may have been chosen by you as part of your life plan)

Specifically, guidance into alignment with Truth is always being offered in the form of feeling. However, mental conditioning is such that ego leads awareness to avoid uncomfortable or painful feeling with layers of mental occupation, until more extreme forms of guidance (accident, mishap, illness) are made inevitable.

Mental occupation is marked by activity that distracts your awareness from the feeling at hand. It could be in the form of thoughts about how things will be better when you are through what’s happening now, or the compulsion to engage in activity for the purpose of passing time.

When mental occupation is noticed, you can stop doing, and start breathing deeply, just being with the feeling and noticing the thoughts that come with that feeling.

In this way, you become aware of what thoughts the feeling is bringing up. From that awareness, you can decide whether uncomfortable or painful feeling thoughts are still necessary according to what meaning you give to them.

Do this with devotion to the Truth that every thought is born in delusion, and no meaning will be given to the thoughts as they come up. In this way, you dismantle the structure of fear that gives credence to the underlying belief, and that belief loses it’s magnetic affixation to your energy of awareness.

As more thoughts that provide structure for fearful belief move out of the way, you can see more and more clearly the direction in which your energy of awareness is being ‘asked’ to shift; and to the degree that you follow that subtle voice, there is no need for more extreme forms of guidance.

Of course, if you experience extreme suffering, it serves you to remember that you have received a Divine adjustment, and that there is a purpose for that suffering.  Continue to breathe through the thoughts about pain, victimhood, blame and resentment (forms of fear) in the same manner, and seize this opportunity for deep healing to occur.

Life is already as ‘good’ as it gets. It’s only your judgment that makes it appear as if there is something lacking, and no matter what material changes occur, until you release that judgment, there will always be something lacking in your perception.

Things and people should not be anything other than as they are. Thought about what ‘should be’ is a form of desire that has been distorted by ignorance - born out of the false idea that something or someOne can be wrong - and always leads to the perception of more wrong.

The only thing to shift is perception, and being conscious of thoughts about what ‘should be’ while remaining focused on the Truth will lead you there.

Desires spring from you automatically, but they do not define you. It’s only individual identification with desire that creates yearning, and suffering as a result thereof.

Condemnation is Self Inflicted Suffering

EveryOne who condemns is 'right' to do so, even though condemnation cannot lead in the direction of anything they want. Thoughts of condemnation are perfectly attuned with all thought that has gone before, and therefore it cannot be a mistake.

Ego is the thinking process that continually constructs the self image of all thought projected by awareness from a personal perspective. When one feels the perceived 'need' to condemn it's an indication that self-judgment is being denied by the ego in order to maintain the illusion of separation.

The cumulation of denied judgment is known as the 'shadow self'. In executing its program to keep the shadow self hidden from awareness, the ego employs mental calculations, labels and judgments to create the appearance as if something is, was or will be 'wrong'. Every time the perceiver takes the appearance of 'wrongness' to be true, the shadow self is fed fearful thought-energy, thus creating the illusion that there is more and more 'wrong' in one's life and in their world.

While condemning is very tempting because it creates a sense of self importance, it is also the cause of much personal suffering. Specifically, when one is expressing from a thought/feeling pattern of condemnation, their mental energy is projecting for a condemned world in need of a 'righteous' savior. This imaginary savior can be anyone from the perceiver's own self image to the self images of political leaders or spiritual figures like Jesus Christ.

This form of mental energy validates the false sense of separation - the underlying cause of all suffering.  Even if suffering is not what's consciously intended by condemnation, when individualized awareness enters a condemning state of mind, mental energy is being focused with feeling upon what has been rejected; and whatever one's awareness is focused upon is being created for their experience.

Also, the more one follows thought into the feeling of condemnation, the more energy is supplied to cultivate their shadow self, which will eventually overpower their own "good" intentions.

After all, condemnation is really an expression of one's own rejected tendencies and desires; and to the degree that anything is rejected, thoughts of condemnation arise as a reminder of what the perceiver has judged to be 'wrong'. But what the perceiver rejects always threatens to take form in their world, and every time the perceiver believes their own condemnation to be the truth, their creative power is given to make what they have rejected more apparent in their world - thus creating a cycle of pain wherein the perceiver plays both the victim and the victimizer.

These patterns of pain can be diffused by anyone who is willing to take responsibility for that which disturbs them. In this way, one allows their awareness to be guided inward to observe of the self-judgment that is the true cause of their perceived 'need' to condemn anything.

By letting go of mental attachment to what's 'happening' in perception and by focusing instead on the nature of creative energy being projected from one's individualized awareness, they allow their energy to be transformed in a manner that heals perception.  Because the individual perceiver is intricately connected (such that there is no separation) from the One that is All, the perception of mass consciousness is also being affected through one's practice of being aware of how their own thoughts and feelings create their perception of Life.

Condemnation is self inflicted suffering that can be healed through courage, acceptance and Love for All. By staying alert to the direction of one's personal energy of awareness with willingness to see what creates the perception of disharmony, one allows upliftment of their energy, thus transforming the tendency to condemn into healing energy for their self and for the world.

You Are Never Wrong

You have never been wrong, and there is no reality to what you call a mistake. You may be aware that there are some things in your memory that you would like to have done differently, but judging your self as wrong for having done them can only create suffering for you.

Because the subconscious mind is programmed to seek pleasure and avoid pain, what you have deemed wrong about your self must be repressed in order for you to feel happy. Specifically, in response to an impression of judgment that causes you emotional pain, the mind creates a division using calculation and reason to protect you from feeling the emotion associated with that judgment.

In this regard, it benefits you to be present within every emotion, and to notice the thoughts associated with your emotions. Doing this with the remembrance that your thoughts are not your own (and that you choose whether to believe them) will allow you to transcend the trappings of victimhood and experience more pleasurable states of mind (“realities”).

You actually have no control over your behavior as it is compulsive based on all thought that has gone before. If you would like to behave differently than you did in memory, you have only to Be different by shifting your energy of awareness to a lighter (less judgmental) vibration.

Judging and then trying to control your self only creates internal struggle and further frustration every time the repressed aspect of self re-emerges.  But appreciation for all things exactly as they have been created (including all that you have ever done) allows your self to easily learn necessary lessons of Love, and enjoy this lifetime more deeply.

You are never wrong, and you are never right either – You are simply Divine.

Dealing Consciously with a Suicidal Friend

You are not the cause of anyone's suffering, but whenever you experience anyones suffering, it becomes your responsibility. Your friend is not the self image that you hold of them in your mind.

Each person is a vehicle transporting a powerful being though this time-space environment, and every being is another aspect of the real You. If you could see people as they really are, you would know that the self image is only a projection of the belief patterns currently being followed by the ego.

The real Self orchestrates everything in our experience for the refinement of our being. A suicide experience is the culmination of all thoughts projected by the various egos through which the being has expressed over many lifetimes.

Self limiting beliefs create patterns of energy in our vibration that resist our true essence. The trials and tribulations (such as suicidal tendencies) to which the ego is subjected are for the purpose of exposing those resistant patterns, which creates opportunity for deep healing.

When anyone feels sorry for another person, they join in the other person's suffering. By joining in the suffering of another, we add energy to current of resistance, which can only serve to reinforce that which keeps them bound to illusion and dis-ease.
When dealing with a suicidal friend, look past the surface of personal pain, and offer comfort to the inner being by seeing them for how they truly are - powerful and pure! From that perspective, you are adding to the energetic current of healing and total well being, and any action you take, If you are so inspired, will be much more effective.

It takes courage to be compassionate. Gather your strength from within, and you will prevail.
