Self Compassion Heals Suffering
The level of intelligence of any living being dictates how specifically they are able to create for themselves and for the world. Human beings aren't victims or villains. We are the most powerful creators to ever walk this planet, and just like everything else, we are created and sustained by the energy of pure Love.
When we notice anyone suffering, the ego naturally seeks to protect the self image by ignoring the pain of another person, judging them for having created their circumstance or projecting thoughts that feel like victimization. All of these create an energy of disempowerment and reinforce the pattern of pain which manifests in our lives time and time again.
Everything in our experience is a reflection of ourselves. It's human nature to lay blame on “others” for creating things that disturb us, but the truth is that each and every one of us is responsible because everything in our world is created by consciousness, and we are that consciousness.
Likewise, when we feel defeated for ourselves or for anyone else, we add our energy to the current that has created and sustains the thing that we do not like. Surrender instead to the way things are, and gently shift your perspective toward feeling more Joyful about the possibilities.
Anything is always possible but we cannot be receptive to possibilities for the change we seek while we are focused on what we perceive as "problems".
Compassion is the key to creating new momentum for the one suffering and for everything else. This means allowing the pain to be what it is without judgment, and consistently returning our thoughts to focus on that which brings us Joy in the present moment.
This is not lying to ourselves because the authentic Self aka The Observer orchestrates all life circumstances for the benefit of the being, and is Joyful no matter what. Have compassion for yourself first for creating something that disturbs you, shift your thought-based energy to project your Joyful perspective, and heal the world with your presence.

Dealing Consciously with a Suicidal Friend
You are not the cause of anyone's suffering, but whenever you experience anyones suffering, it becomes your responsibility. Your friend is not the self image that you hold of them in your mind.
Each person is a vehicle transporting a powerful being though this time-space environment, and every being is another aspect of the real You. If you could see people as they really are, you would know that the self image is only a projection of the belief patterns currently being followed by the ego.
The real Self orchestrates everything in our experience for the refinement of our being. A suicide experience is the culmination of all thoughts projected by the various egos through which the being has expressed over many lifetimes.
Self limiting beliefs create patterns of energy in our vibration that resist our true essence. The trials and tribulations (such as suicidal tendencies) to which the ego is subjected are for the purpose of exposing those resistant patterns, which creates opportunity for deep healing.
When anyone feels sorry for another person, they join in the other person's suffering. By joining in the suffering of another, we add energy to current of resistance, which can only serve to reinforce that which keeps them bound to illusion and dis-ease.
When dealing with a suicidal friend, look past the surface of personal pain, and offer comfort to the inner being by seeing them for how they truly are - powerful and pure! From that perspective, you are adding to the energetic current of healing and total well being, and any action you take, If you are so inspired, will be much more effective.
It takes courage to be compassionate. Gather your strength from within, and you will prevail.

Independent Thought Shifts Collective Consciousness
Collective consciousness is the belief patterns projected by all people in a shared environment . From within our homes, neighborhoods and places of work to our cities, countries and even the entire world - individual human thought is largely dictated by the mental habits that prevail within that environment.
Like always attracts like, and onto itself it is drawn. This is a fundamental law of the Universe. Even though opposite poles attract, they must have a resonant vibration, otherwise they will repel each other.
The thought patterns that each individual has projected from this and all previous lifetimes determines the environment in which they find themselves now. This is because humans are attracted to other humans by virtue of mental energy - the coalescence of which determines collective consciousness for a particular environment - and collective consciousness dictates our default perception of shared environments.
Most of us do not yet realize the power we have to affect our shared environments because we are conditioned to believe that the reality we know is created by "others", and that change must be preceded by undue suffering, struggle or even war. Whether there are arguments in our homes, gossip in our workplace, dishonesty in our government, or hunger in our world - the human ego seeks to lay blame on something, someone, or some group of people that appears to be outside of the Self.
But no one is separate from the whole, and each individual is the same energy that has contributed to the creation of all belief patterns in the shared mind that manifest in our individual and shared reality. If we find ourselves or anyone else suffering, it's because we have believed in our own limitation and/or we have judged those we perceive as "others".
This does not mean that anything is our fault. The human mind is born in limitation because limitation is the basis of a material reality, and we are not held liable or judged by anyone but ourselves.
However, everything is our responsibility in that the ego commands the creative force to manifest according what we have projected, and we have the ability to project that which can create the change we seek. Only by accepting responsibility, embracing our uncomfortable feelings, and forgiving ourselves for projecting the thought patterns that have created conflict, can we effectively shift (instead of reinforce) the beliefs being projected by collective consciousness.
Applying the Practice
When we notice anything we do not like, we can transmute our uncomfortable emotional energy to calm deliberate energy - and create new momentum for ourselves with the following process:
- Take a moment to realize that what we are perceiving is a reflection of what we have projected
- Direct our awareness to the feeling that realization creates in the body
- Breathe deeply into the uncomfortable feeling while forgiving ourselves for having projected it
- Once we feel the uncomfortable feeling shift to calm excitement, offer thoughts that match what we want to create
Similarly, when we notice anything we do like, we can use the resultant happy emotion to focus our creative energy to attract more of what we prefer with the following process:
- Take a moment to realize that what we are perceiving is a reflection of what we have projected
- Direct our awareness to the feeling that realization creates in the body
- Breathe deeply into that feeling while thanking the creative force (which is the broader aspect of ourselves) for the manifestation
- Offer thoughts of appreciation for what we are receiving instead of worry or dread over the experience coming to an end in a future that does not exist
Perhaps the best place to test and develop this practice is within the home or workplace because we can easily evaluate and refine our ability on a smaller scale. For example, if we perceive a family member, boss, client or coworker as angry - for the final step of this process we can offer thoughts that change our perception of them to being jovial, kind, romantic or whatever we most prefer.
What to Expect
As we consistently and deliberately shift our mental energy, we will begin to notice that the people and behavior we are attracting starts to shift. On a subconscious level, our new perspective invites everyone who experiences our energy to shift their thought patterns into alignment with what we are projecting.
As our new perspective becomes more believable in our perception, our energy is becoming very different. Thus, the people we have previously associated with can only continue to be attracted to us if their energy continues to resonate with ours by virtue of the belief patterns they are choosing to follow.
In this way, unhappy relationships and situations will easily fall away in favor of those that resonate with our new perspective. During these transitions, fear can permeate our thoughts, and it can be very tempting to return to our old belief patterns in order to maintain the status quo. This is because the ego is programmed to fear what it does not know.
However, if we persevere we will reap all the benefits of our efforts by creating a more Joyful reality for ourselves, while contributing to the creation of a more Joyful reality for the entire world. While our own energy is a small contribution to global consciousness, every person who experiences us is also changed on an energetic level, and as the new patterns of belief are supported by more individuals, our once unorthodox perception of reality will become a mental habit that Earth's present inhabitants and future generations are drawn toward.
Celebrate your independence by making a commitment to offer independent thought no matter what else is happening, and be the one to start a new momentum for yourself and for our shared reality.

Lose (or Gain) Weight with Self Love
Diets are about struggle and deprivation. We subscribe to them because we falsely believe that we must sacrifice in order to attain a healthy physique.
Whenever we resist anything, it manifests more in our experience. This means that as long as we are focused on losing weight, we are attracting weight gain. We may be able to force our bodies into submission for a time (or even entire lifetimes), but struggle around weight and food will continue to be our experience unless we redirect the vibration that we are projecting.
In order to manifest our perfect body easily, it helps to visualize ourselves at our ideal weight, and feel the sensation of being there whenever thoughts about the body cross the mind. This releases tension around the subject of weight and transforms our normally self limiting beliefs about losing or gaining weight to beliefs that promote healthy weight.
Regularly releasing tension is essential for achieving optimal weight because thoughts about struggle or sacrifice create mental tension which causes us to hold on to excess emotional and physical baggage. Many times, that baggage is manifested as the body's holding of excess body weight.
However, in the case of those who have difficulty gaining weight - their emotional/physical baggage is such that it prevents the nervous system from transmitting the signals necessary for digestion and utilization of nutrients. Some peoples' emotional states swing so drastically that they shift between being overweight and underweight many times throughout their lives.
Unless we regularly practice releasing tension, weight issues continue to accumulate as we accumulate tension in response to our life experience. This is why weight issues tend to be exacerbated as we age.
Any diet that feels like struggle is bound to create more struggle around the issue of weight. Only from the feeling of physical well being do we become a vibratory match for the our ideal, healthy weight and overall vitality.
When we already feel like we are at our ideal weight, our eating and activity habits naturally move into alignment with that feeling. There is no deprivation here. We simply eat what we like and engage in the physical activities we enjoy. But without the added feelings of guilt, resentment, etc., we want what feels good on every level - body, mind and being.
Use your mental energy to align yourself with the beautiful and carefree physique that has always been yours, and heal your weight issues with the power of Self Love.

Collective Consciousness
We are solely responsible for our own experience, but all thought being projected makes up the collective consciousness - and that dictates our shared reality. Our individual thoughts influence collective consciousness because we share one mind, and every thought projected attracts like thoughts.

Having medical insurance gives us a false sense of control over our experience with dis-ease. But in reality, we always experience dis-ease to the degree that we have attracted it with our thoughts.
While having medical insurance may make it possible to control the costs associated with bodily dis-ease, shutting off one possibility for suffering only serves to redirect any suffering we have attracted to manifest in a different way.
Tense thoughts resist the radiant health that is our true essence. That resistance creates energetic blockages in the body and brain which eventually manifest as physical blockages and dis-ease.
Moreover, tense thoughts put us in energetic rhythm with possibilities that would evoke more tension from our perspective. This is the way we attract dis-ease in the form of circumstance.
For these reasons, the best health insurance is a still and peaceful mind. Total Well Being is available to everyone. Just as soon we align our energy with the source of all wellness, we are healed!
It serves us to realize that because we have believed in the illusion that we are victims of circumstance, we have created our own fear, and insurance companies are a manifestation of our perceived need to control that fear. But since many of us have been deeply conditioned with this fear, until one develops their awareness enough to feel their own creative power, it may give them more peace of mind to keep their health insurance temporarily.

Conscious Weight Loss
Our bodily shape, composition and overall health are many times more dependent on our beliefs than the food we consume. Most of us experience struggle and deprivation when looking to reduce our weight because we believe these feelings to be a necessary part of the process.
Every one of the trillions of cells that make up the human body is infused with the same life-force energy that allows us to sense and experience the material world. However, cellular experience of the material world is largely dependent on the messages received from our thoughts for direction in their purpose of contributing to overall health for the whole body.
Specifically, the outer layer of every cell consists of receptors that are tuned to the specific frequency of our brain waves, and the messages supplied by our thoughts are the master of all cellular function. Most of the brain's messages are received from the subconscious mind and delivered to the cells without our conscious awareness. Those subconscious messages follow biological imprints and the conditioning of our subconscious mind through the conscious thoughts that we consistently choose to believe.
Every part of the human body is comprised of these tiny intelligent bodies which base the degree of their receptivity to particular environmental stimulus on the messages being transmitted by our brain. In accordance with our brain’s vibratory messages, every cell absorbs the information being sought and that information is utilized according to programmed cellular memory.
In this way, if we believe that certain food will make us fat, our cells use the nutrients in that food coupled with their functional memory to increase their size. However, because we are born with embedded subconscious beliefs, there are certain foods that we believe will cause weight gain even if we haven’t given it a conscious thought.
While biological programming can be very powerful, it can be transformed through practice in developing the beliefs that serve our purpose.
Depending on individual programming, our subconscious mind may be conditioned to the belief that we gain weight as we age, that we are naturally fat, or that a healthy weight can only be achieved by subjecting ourselves to excruciating workouts. It takes attention and practice to reprogram our subconscious brain and cellular memory, but our effort can free us from the constant mental battle that ultimately compromises our health and general sense of well being.
By consistently choosing thoughts that support a healthy physique over time, we gradually change our mind and create our body accordingly. But because changing deep seated beliefs takes time and effort, weight loss is more efficiently attained when we also suffuse our cells with the physical materials most recognized by our cells as supportive to their integrity.
Since we are deeply programmed to be dependent on food for survival, and the human body has evolved over millions of years to rely on particular nutrients, our overall health is supported by food that contains high nutrient content and is easily digested. The most recognizable and utilizable nutrients to human cells come from raw meat, raw animal fat, and variable amounts of vegetation depending on our ancestry.
This is because our biological cellular memory and mental programming has not yet adapted to the belief that we can be nourished by food that we have only made edible over the past several thousand years (a very short period of time in human evolution). Moreover, since the time we have introduced denatured food, we have also increased the occupation of our minds whereby we no longer focus attention to our intent when consuming food.
By mostly choosing food that is similar to what nature used to evolve the human body over millions of years, we supply our cells with the material substances that our cells instinctually know how to use in creating optimal health. However, no matter what goes into our mouths, if we are not aware of our intent, our thoughts may present the greatest impediment to weight loss. For this reason, mindful eating can be more effective than the quality of our food in achieving ideal weight and for increasing energy and vitality overall.
But the combination of predominantly eating the foods that are efficiently utilized by cells, coupled with mindful awareness of our intent as we eat makes weight loss a particularly easy and Joyful journey.
To practice eating with awareness, clear your mind of all distractions and focus all of your senses on the food you are enjoying. Notice how it smells, feels, tastes, looks and even sounds as you chew the food.
Imagine that what you are eating is giving your body exactly what it needs to create your ideal body weight, muscle tone and overall health. If you are eating something other than raw meat and/or raw fat, chew your food completely until it becomes a liquid in your mouth and remember to smile while fully enjoying your food.
Finally, stay aware of thoughts about weight throughout the day, and notice how they make you feel. When you feel discomfort in the form of stress, tension, worry or fear around the issue of weight, gently redirect your thoughts to the mental image of your ideal physique, and feel the Joy that having your ideal body evokes in your heart center.
As you practice this, your cells become more receptive to the possibilities that lead to the body that you want. By exercising conscious effort to direct our thoughts, everything else becomes easier because subconscious awareness naturally attracts the information that supports our deepest beliefs.
Be conscious of your thoughts and nourish your cells to achieve the body weight is a true testament to the beautiful being that you are.

The Rhythm of Deliberate Creation
The Universe is constantly expanding, undulating and flowing to the harmony of the countless rhythmic patterns that resist and attract one another as necessary to maintain the delicate balance that makes anything and everything possible. Even that which appears to be chaos is in perfect harmonic accord with the whole of existence.
Universal intelligence is limitless possibilities existing as rhythmic vibratory patterns with the potential to manifest everything seen and unseen, known and unknown. Conscious energy is the impulse that creates every action, and every action attracts a reaction - all of which occur in perfect harmony with the Universal flow.
In the material world, conscious energy expresses itself as thought, which is projected through the filter of mind and memory. Our thought-based focus determines the rhythmic patterns we project through our material form, which in turn causes possibilities that harmonize with that rhythm to manifest.
Inner rhythm is the subtle voice of spirit, constantly calling us to become more that what we already know. To the extent that our thought-based energy is in harmony with our inner rhythm, we experience peace of mind.
Conversely, when our thoughts are rhythmically dissonant to our inner rhythm, we feel like something is out of order or in need of "fixing". While nothing can ever remove us from being within the harmonic flow of Universal order, to the extent that we believe thoughts of limitation, we experience complete chaos.
But there are no missteps, and nothing is ever out of order. Anything that we humans label as unwanted, bad or wrong is only based on our mental perception of the reality that consciousness has created, and which it continues to create based upon our perception from moment to moment.
Our power of deliberate creation is in our ability to recognize our inner rhythm and to choose the thoughts that harmonize with it. For whatever we seek to change or improve in our experience, we have only to focus on our new perspective with the belief that it is being created, and that belief attracts the possibilities that manifest accordingly.
Since having a life experience means we are constantly subject to sensory influences that cause the connection between the ego mind and our inner rhythm to become distorted or disconnected, it helps to employ a daily practice to develop and strengthen inner focus. Regular practice also creates a habit of mental discernment as to which thoughts support the direction of spirit as it expresses through inner rhythm.
Some effective tools for re-establishing and reinforcing mind/body connection and mental discernment are dance, art, music, martial arts, yoga (especially the practices Kundalini and Dahn), and meditation.
Clear your mind, find your rhythm and deliberately choose thoughts that resonate with possibilities that glorify yourself as an integral part of everything.
Forever Young
Through life experience, the ego develops tools for navigating in the material world. But the human soul never ages nor does it care about worldly conditions.
The soul’s sense of freedom, coupled with the worldly tools we develop through life experience, presents the unique opportunity for us humans to actively participate in the fulfillment of our desires. However, as we learn about the material world, we also come to believe in the illusion of separation.
In illusion, we experience emotions that we cannot release because we are not aware that the underlying thoughts are untrue. Because life experience has caused many of us to forget who we are, fear permeates our thought process, and instead of feeling more freedom as we age physically - we create bondage for ourselves in our own minds.
But the spirit does not change. It knows complete freedom and unbounded Joy just like we did as very young children. The soul always yearns for new experiences, but most of us deny it as we continue with the habits that define and protect the self image created by our egos.
As we continue to deny the voice of spirit, the ego must become more of a master in our lives. While the ego can be very capable and well endowed with material abilities and talents, it is also very limited by what it knows to be true from memory and emotion.
When we live from ego, we feel trapped by our circumstances and bound to the life we have created. Moreover, with the ego as master, we quickly begin to feel the restrictions of physical age.
Eventually it becomes commonplace to tell ourselves that we are “too old” when we hear the subtle call of spirit to create something new. Because our bodies follow our thoughts, we create dis-ease and discomfort in our bodies as we age physically.
But the soul never ages, and it is intricately connected to the Divine source of infinite possibilities and Love. Whatever the soul wants to do, it can do! It only requires a physical body and brain that is receptive to all possibilities.
The soul is always calling the ego, like an innocent child asking if it may be, do and have what it desires. Every time we say "no" with thoughts of restriction or unworthiness, we suppress the only part of us that is real.
But we can reunite with our innocent childlike soul in any moment. All we have to do is allow our thoughts to follow our spirit as we delight in every desire that crosses our awareness.
Lay down your mental resistance, and allow your thoughts to follow your wildest dreams. Trust that your desires will be fulfilled in perfect time, and you will know your call to action because it feels every bit as Joyful as the thoughts that have prepared you for the moment at hand.
Irrespective of physical age, integrate your ego with the ageless spirit that you have always been and live your potential now.
