For the past few years I have not been subscribing to any diet regimen or food concepts.
When hunger arises, I simply observe what available foods resonate most with my body and then I eat with reverence, gratitude and joy according to her wisdom.
I have learned that wisdom comes only through direct experience...not through agreeing with words that describe another person's experience...even if that person happens to be an enlightened one.
Discernment is a clear understanding of what's right for you.
Knowing what you want right now is relevant and valuable, yet impotent to transform your 'reality' unless your movement is also informed by assimilation of that which you have already experienced.
